Black Bean and Shiitake Miso Soup
4 cups Organic Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
4 Organic White or Green Onions, sliced
3 cups sliced fresh or dried stemless Organic Shiitake Mushrooms
4 ounces Organic Spinach leaves
1 piece of Kombu 6 inches
1 can Organic Black Beans 15oz drained, rinsed in filtered water,
1 tbsp minced fresh Organic Ginger
1 tbsp Miso
1 tbsp low sodium Soy Sauce
æ cup sliced Organic Celery
1.combine broth, kombu, organic ginger, miso, and soy sauce in a large pot and bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes
2.then add organic mushrooms, organic onions, organic celery, and organic spinach, cover and simmer for 3 minutes
3.slightly open/mash Organic Black Beans with fork, add to pot and simmer for 3 minutes
4.remove kombu
5.enjoy a magnificently tasty and healthy soup!

Spring Greens Cleansing Mix (For Two)
4-6 cups fresh organic mixed greens stripped pieces: dandelion, kale, tot soi, mustard greens, mizuna
½ cup chopped organic onion (white, yellow or red)
5 cloves organic garlic
1 cup organic quinoa (gold or red)
2 cup organic vegetable broth
1 tbsp organic olive oil
3 tbsp Bragg’s organic liquid aminos
1.bring broth to a boil, add quinoa, cover and simmer for 15 minutes
2.in a large pot warm olive oil on medium; add garlic and onions to sautee 5 minutes till soft
3.throw washed greens into pot, add liquid aminos, steam sautee for 5-10 minutes till soft
4.fluff quinoa with fork
5.Serve by placing mound of quinoa on plate then spoon greens on top!
6.Add great garnishes like organic sprouts and organic edible flowers for extra tasty cleansers!

Curried Quinoa & Pine Nuts
(Simple, Easy, Energy Filled Side Dish!)
1 cup Organic Quinoa well rinsed with filtered water
½ cup Organic Pine Nuts, rinsed
½ cup Organic Curry leaves, rinsed
½ cup Organic Parsley, rinsed
1 Organic Yellow, White, Red or Green Onion, chopped
2 tbsp Organic Olive Oil
1 tbsp Organic Unsalted Butter
1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
1.Boil 2 cups filtered water, add Org Quinoa, simmer for approx. 15 minutes
2.Sautee Org Pine Nuts and Org Onions with Org Olive Oil until Pine Nuts turn Golden Brown
3.once Org Quinoa boils off remove from heat & add Org Unsalted Butter, stir
4.add sautéed Org Pine Nuts & Org Onions to Org Quinoa, stir
5.add Org Curry Leaves & Org Parsley to Org Quinoa, stir, let sit for 5 minutes
6.enjoy a magnificently tasty, simple, easy, energy filled Side Dish!

Hearts-O-Palm Party Pick
1 – 2 cans Organic Hearts of Palm
1 package solid 8oz Organic Provolone Cheese
1 jar or homemade Organic Basil-Pesto Sauce
1 package Turkey Pepperoni or favorite pepperoni
1.wash Hearts of Palm in filtered water then slice in half length wise then slice in 2 inch sections
2.spread Organic Basil-Pesto Sauce on top of each Hearts of Palm section
3.put one slice of Turkey Pepperoni on top of each Hearts of Palm section
4.put a slice of Organic Provolone on top of each Turkey Pepperoni
5.put on baking tray and bake for 5 minutes at 375 degrees or until cheese is melted
6.remove from oven and let sit for 2 minutes then ready to eat!

Quick Organic Green Beans with Marinara Sauce
2 cups Organic Green Beans (Local if possible!) leave tips on as there is much nutrition there!
2-4 cloves organic garlic
2 tbsp organic olive oil
1 jar organic marinara sauce (Seeds of Change makes a great one!)
1 tbsp Celtic Sea Salt
3 cups filtered water
1.bring filtered water to a boil, add organic green beans, cover and simmer for 20 minutes
2.in a small frying pan add pressed organic garlic, organic olive oil and sautee until garlic is translucent
3.drain beans and add back to pot
4.pour in organic garlic oil mix, and sautee for a 2 minutes
5.pour hot organic marinara sauce into pot, toss lightly with organic green beans/organic garlic oil
6.add Celtic Sea Salt to taste and enjoy!

BAKED ORGANIC TURKEY
1 Organic Turkey
1 shaker Organic Black Pepper
1 shaker Celtic Sea Salt
1 package Organic Stuffing
1 Organic Onion
2 sticks Organic Unsalted Butter
Organic Sunflower Oil
Organic Oregano
Organic Parsley
Organic Garlic Powder
1.wash defrosted Organic Turkey in filtered water
2.remove giblets and parts casing from inside Organic Turkey
3.boil filtered water and make Organic Stuffing in covered pot
4.finely chop one Organic Onion and mix with Organic Stuffing
5.mix into stuffing 2 tbsp Organic Oregano, 2 tbsp Organic Parsley, 2 tbsp Organic Olive Oil
6.melt 2 sticks Organic Unsalted Butter
7.place Organic Turkey in correctly sized baking dish
8.put Organic Stuffing into Organic Turkey cavity
9.baste melted Organic Unsalted Butter onto Organic Turkey and also around inside cavity
10.lightly sprinkle Organic Pepper, Organic Garlic Powder and Celtic Sea Salt onto Organic Turkey
11.place Organic Turkey into preheated oven set at 325 degrees
12.an 8-12lb Org Turkey will take 2.5 - 3 hours to bake; a 20-24lb Org Turkey will take 4.75 – 5.25 hours
13.periodically check the Org Turkey and add some butter and spices as needed
14.Remove Org Turkey from oven and let sit for 20 minutes for carving
